PUSH_ Biggest Winner is the support you need to ‘avoid the winter coat’. 

Why?

It’s amazing how many people arrive at the conclusion, that ‘it’s now time to fit into my skinny jeans come springtime’. In 2010 the PUSH_ Team have made a pact that this year we will inspire and motivate our members to maintain their hard work over winter.  We want you to experience personal satisfaction and have the confidence, no matter what time of the year, to feel good about wearing your ‘skinny jeans’.

When?


Starts in the first week of June and continues until the first week of September.

What’s involved?

Initial Benchmark     
Check in where you are today and then you’re aim is to not go backwards. It’s that simple!

Online Nutrition
Each member receives their own online nutrition coach that coaches you on where to improve in the space of your own home. You not only get a report card of your daily food intake, but also over 30 000 different food plans to help you maintain or better your body composition. Vitabot is a welcomed new addition to a PUSH_ trainer’s toolbox.

Weekly Accountability
Weigh in each week and score yourself in the PUSH room for a visual motivator.

Prizes
Easy everyone wins personal satisfaction for summer. However, if you weigh in weekly and maintain your physique, simply fill out your own personal evaluation and the PUSH team will pick two winners.  One will be in the beginner intermediate category, who has a larger goal to achieve and the other is for the regular exerciser who just wants to maintain.
